Jasper is s/o Marshall Cicero Barfield (17 Jul 1864 JoCo NC-9 Dec 1938 JoCo)
and Minnie Langston (25 Nov 1871-26 Jul 1921 JoCo). Marshall is s/o Blake
Barfield (1826- cNov 1885 JoCo) and Julia Ann Bizzell (1833 JoCo-?, d/o Samuel
